F.O.I.A REQUESTS

 

All FOIA requests should be submitted to the Kankakee County Coroner

 

located at 3000 S. Justice Way, Kankakee, IL 60901. Requests can be submitted in person, by fax, or by email in written form.

 

*Provide as much specific detail as possible so the public can identify the information that you are seeking, etc; Name of Decedent, Date of Birth of Decedent, Date of Death, Records Requested and Relationship to the Decedent.

 

Fees for requests are as follows:

 

- Inquiry Report ( $ 5.00 )

 

- Coroner's Report ( $ 25.00 ) 

 

- Autopsy Report ( $ 50.00  )

 

- Inquest Transcript ( $ 5.00 per page )

 

- Toxicology ( $ 25.00 )

 

- Scene Photos ( $ 3.00 per photo )

 

- Autopsy Photos ( $ 3.00 per photo )
